FAQ’s - Frequently Asked Questions:
The Answers:
How
do I order and pay and what are my alternate payment options?
On each of the product pages you will see a
shopping cart below each of the items, we use Paypal as our preferred payment
method. When you have selected the items you wish to purchase use the "View
Cart" button to continue with your check out and payment. You will then be
notified via e-mail of your purchase. The shipping cost is automatically
calculated upon checkout. We prefer Paypal however in certain cases you
may want to contact us and we can provide the facilities for telephone payment
via credit card or a quote for multiple orders.
How long does my order take to
arrive?
We normally ship by air mail from Australia, it
usually takes 8-12 business days from time of shipment to arrival. Due to
international customs it can take up to 20 working days. Please
contact us to find out when your order was sent by e-mailing
info@stylecove.com.au
and provide your order and contact details.

How do I wash and
take care of my sheepskin footwear?
Please take a look at the information in our "Measurements
and Care" page.

Are they
waterproof when I receive them?
Our genuine sheepskin footwear is resilient to the basic
elements but if they do get very wet you need to let them dry in a shaded area
away from the sun and rain. The outside of the sheepskin boot is a soft leather
and is not waterproofed when you receive them, so they won’t withstand the harsh
elements of heavy rain and snow for very long. Buying a waterproofing spray can
help protect the boots from rain and snow. Please see your local store and ask
for a soft leather waterproof spray.

Do
you sell the "UGG Australia"
sheepskin boots?
We get this question regularly and the
answer is NO! We sell genuine products, manufactured here in Melbourne,
Australia by Binder Productions Pty Ltd. They are not affiliated to the US
company that own the UGG Australia brand - called Deckers. The word
Ug,Ugh,Ugg has been associated with a style (not brand)of footwear for many
years in Australia so you will find many people advertising ug,ugg or ugh boots.
The word ugg is found in the Macquarie Dictionary. Most of the UGG Australia"
production occurs in China and not in Australia.
Do not be fooled! If you want genuine
sheepskin, ugg/ugh/ug boots buy the ones made here in Australia!!!!!!!! To learn
